Return & Refund Policy
At Mondal Crystals, every product is crafted and packed with the utmost care. We want you to love your purchase as much as we love creating it. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Your purchase will be eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following criteria:
- An incorrect item was delivered (i.e., the product does not match the description or differs from what was ordered).
- The product is broken or damaged upon arrival.
All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece truly unique. Because of this handmade nature, minor variations in color tone, shape, or size are natural and are not considered defects, thus not eligible for return or replacement.
Important Conditions
Given the nature of our spiritual and handmade products, Mondal Crystals reserves the sole discretion to offer an appropriate resolution in each case.
We are unable to process returns or replacements if:
- An incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
- There were two failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
- The recipient refuses to accept the package.
How to Request a Return
If your order meets the return criteria above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at our customer support email with the following details:
- Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Clear Images of the Product (showing the issue)
- Reason for Return or Replacement
Please note: Requests or images sent after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
Replacement & Refund Process
Once our inspection team approves your request:
- We’ll arrange a replacement within 7–14 working days.
- If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
